WHO
The project was requested by a Spanish customer who dreamed of living in front OF the beach in Ibiza. The project was carried out by the studio with firma TC.ARQUITECTURA.

The project was carried out for a customer who has divided time between Ibiza and Barcelona. It is a weekend housing with temporary housing benefits.

During the project creation process, in general, a time of about 2 months is estimated, once everything is defined, all the technical documentation is advanced to execute the work. The work time is approximately 1 year AND 2 months.

The project is located in Ibiza, near the cala nova beach, the visuals are incredible, as you can see all its visuals are open to the sea.

Due to the covid pandemic, the beginning year of the work moved to 2021 after middle of the year, we hope everything will go as planned.

The construction will be traditional construction, concrete, brick and a lot of glass, some of the drawn walls will be in reinforced concrete that facilitate the molding.
